The EASEC framework covers 32 validated transversal competencies organised across five domains: Intellectual (critical thinking, creativity, problem-solving), Technical (digital literacy, data management), Work-Related (planning, leadership, adaptability), Interpersonal (communication, teamwork, conflict resolution) and Linguistic (professional multilingual communication). Every EASEC certification generates a unique digital credential accessible at cert.easec.eu/verify. Any employer, admissions office or accreditation body can enter the credential ID and instantly access the holder's name, competency profile, EQF level, assessment date and issuing institution — without creating an account or contacting EASEC directly. Credentials are also issued as Europass-compatible digital certificates and Open Badge 3.0 — making them shareable on LinkedIn, embedded in CVs and importable into Europass profiles.
