Anyone can claim it.
EASEC proves it.
As an EASEC Authorised Partner, you distribute the European standard that turns competencies into verifiable credentials. Schools, universities and HR departments are looking for exactly this. Your territory may not have anyone offering it yet.
The Credentials Economy Is Here. Most Organisations Are Unprepared.
The World Economic Forum's Future of Jobs 2025 report estimates that 39% of the skills considered essential today will be disrupted within five years. At the same time, 170 million new job roles are expected to emerge globally by 2030 — the majority requiring competencies that traditional certificates do not capture.
Schools, universities and companies are under pressure from multiple directions: accreditation bodies demanding evidence of outcomes, employers requiring verifiable competencies, employees expecting recognition of their development, and regulators asking for data.
The gap between declaring competencies and proving them is now a competitive problem — and a commercial opportunity for the person in each market who can close it.

EASEC exists to close that gap — with a European standard, verifiable credentials and a partner network that delivers it locally. That partner network has space in your market.
Three Markets. One Shared Problem.
The clients you will work with are not looking for technology. They are looking for a way to answer a question they have been asked — by a parent, a regulator, a ranking body or a board — and cannot yet answer credibly.
Schools develop competencies every day. They cannot prove it.
Schools invest in guidance programmes, tutoring, life skills and vocational orientation. But when a student graduates, nothing in their official record reflects what they developed. No verified credential. No external standard. Just a grade. Parents ask what differentiates the school. Universities ask what competencies the applicant has. Regulators ask what the school can demonstrate beyond academic results. Most schools have no answer.

Universities declare employability outcomes. Accreditation bodies are asking for evidence.
International rankings, AACSB, EQUIS and national accreditation frameworks all increasingly demand verifiable evidence that graduates developed transversal competencies — not just completed a curriculum. Graduate employability data is now a published ranking criterion. Most universities have no standardised, externally validated way to provide it. A graduate's degree says where they studied. Nothing verifiable says what they can do.

Companies invest in talent development. They cannot measure it, certify it or retain it.
Organisations spend significantly on L&D, coaching and competency development programmes. But employees have no portable credential to show for it. HR cannot quantify the return on investment. When an employee leaves, the development the company funded walks out with them — unacknowledged and unverifiable.

Each of these three problems has the same structural cause: the absence of an external standard that verifies, not just declares. EASEC is that standard. You are the person who brings it to market.
We Choose Partners Carefully. Here Is Why That Works in Your Favour.
The EASEC Authorised Partner Network is not an open reseller programme. We grant one exclusive slot per vertical per country — Schools, Higher Education and Work are three separate slots. A country can have up to three Authorised Partners simultaneously, each representing a different market vertical.
That exclusivity only works if we choose well. So we are selective. And we are transparent about what we are selecting for.
You have established relationships with decision-makers in schools, universities or HR departments in your market. Not a database. Real relationships.
You operate as a consultant, advisor, training company, EdTech distributor, executive search firm or institutional services provider.
You work in a defined geographic territory — regional, national or sector-specific.
You understand that institutional sales are relationship-driven and take time. Six to fourteen weeks for a school or university. Shorter for corporate HR.
You can dedicate genuine commercial focus to at least one of the three market verticals.
You are comfortable with a programme that requires effort before it generates recurring income — and then generates it consistently.
You are looking for a purely passive income model with no relationship-based selling involved.
You currently represent a directly competing competency certification body.
You cannot commit focused commercial time to the programme.
You are looking for a short-term transactional model. EASEC partnerships are designed to compound over time. The second year is materially better than the first.
Not certain you qualify? That is a legitimate question. Book an exploratory call. Our Partnerships Director, Barbra Gray, will tell you honestly within 30 minutes whether the fit makes sense on both sides. If it does not, she will tell you that too.
No application form. No commitment. One conversation. We review all enquiries within 3 business days.
Three Markets. No Cannibalisation. One Agreement.
You can start in one vertical and expand as you grow. Each market segment is commercially independent — entering one does not limit your opportunity in the others. A university client may have a corporate training arm. A school network may have an HR department. One relationship can open multiple contracts.
Your school already develops competencies. EASEC makes them visible — and verifiable.

Four Steps. Your Role Is Commercial. Everything Else Is EASEC.
Becoming an EASEC Authorised Partner does not require technical infrastructure, delivery capacity or compliance expertise. Your role is to identify the right clients and build the relationship. We certify, deliver and support.
Find the right opportunity in your territory
You identify schools, universities or HR departments in your territory that need to certify the competency development of their students or employees. You qualify the opportunity, open the conversation and schedule the first meeting. EASEC provides the prospecting sequences, conversation frameworks and objection-handling guides from day one.
Present with co-branded materials and institutional backing
Using EASEC's co-branded proposal templates and commercial materials, you present the relevant service to your qualified prospect. For complex or high-value deals, the EASEC partnerships team can join your meeting as institutional support — without taking over the commercial relationship. Proposals submitted for review receive feedback within 48 hours.
Sign the contract and hand over delivery
Your prospect signs the service contract. You register the deal in the EASEC system — which activates a fixed 180-day protection window on that opportunity. Your bonification and client relationship are formally protected. EASEC activates the client account within 5 business days and manages all technical delivery: platform access, evaluations, credential issuance and reporting.
Commission that compounds with every renewal
You earn a bonification of 20% on contract value as a base — rising to 22%, 23% or 25% as your quarterly new sales volume grows. Because EASEC services are annual and designed to renew, that income compounds. Clients who complete one cycle and see their students or employees receive credentials renew at a high rate. Year 1 target: €150,000 in new sales. Year 3: €500,000. Your first sale is the hardest. Every renewal after that is income on a relationship already built.
Most sales cycles in educational institutions run 6 to 14 weeks from first contact to signed contract. Corporate HR deals often close in 4 to 8 weeks when the decision-maker has direct budget authority. You are never navigating a sales cycle alone — your partnerships contact is available throughout.
What Your Practice Looks Like Twelve Months After Signing
Your first three institutional clients are in their second contract cycle. You did not have to rebuild those relationships from scratch — you deepened them. The commission from those renewals arrives without a new sales process attached.
You have a credential in your market that competing consultants and advisors do not have: you represent a European standard. When a prospect asks "why EASEC over another solution?", you do not have to explain a tool. You explain a standard. That is a different conversation — and a shorter one.
Your pipeline includes prospects in two of the three verticals. A university client introduced you to their corporate training partner. You registered the opportunity.
You are not starting from zero every quarter. You are building something that compounds.
This reflects the experience reported by partners who complete their first year active in the programme. Results vary by territory, market conditions and commercial focus.
Your first three institutional clients are in their second contract year — commission without a new sales process.
A university client opened the door to a corporate training partner. One relationship, two registered opportunities.
Renewal income compounds on relationships already built. You are not starting from zero every quarter.
You Bring the Relationships. We Bring Everything Else.
From day one you operate with a complete commercial infrastructure behind you. Seven things that change the nature of the conversation you walk into.
Your first client meeting can happen in week three, not month six
From the moment your agreement is signed, you have a complete commercial kit: prospecting email sequences for each vertical, proposal templates, objection-handling guides, contract templates and brand guidelines. You do not build tools. You use them.
You are representing a standard, not selling a product
EASEC credentials are Europass / Open Badge 3.0 — the same framework used by European universities and recognised by employers in 60+ countries. When you walk into a rector's office or an HR board meeting, you are not presenting software. You are presenting a standard that their institution genuinely needs.
The hardest part is the first sale. After that, the calendar works for you
Educational institutions and organisations renew annually. A school that accredits this year brings the next cohort next year. A company that certifies its team in Q1 runs another cycle in Q2. The commercial model is designed to compound — not restart.
Your support contact is a person, not a portal
Complex deals get co-selling support from the EASEC institutional team. When a Rector asks a question you cannot answer, you do not disappear for a week — you bring the right person into the room. Your named partnerships contact, Barbra Gray, responds within 24 hours on business days.
Three markets. One agreement. No cannibalisation
A single partnership agreement covers schools, higher education and corporate HR. You decide where to focus. Markets do not compete with each other. A client in one vertical is often a referral path to another.
Your clients' legal teams will ask hard questions. We have the answers ready
GDPR-compliant data processing agreements, Article 28 documentation, ISO 27001:2022 architecture, Europass alignment, EU-based data storage. The compliance questions that stall institutional deals are answered before your prospect's legal team finishes reading the first paragraph.
Your team gets certified, not just briefed
The EASEC Partner Certification Programme is a structured six-module training path, self-paced, with a formal assessment and a digital credential for each certified team member. Your team does not just read a brochure. They become certified partners — and can demonstrate it.

From Partners in the Network
The following reflects themes from conversations with partners across our network.
The first conversation I had using the EASEC materials closed in three meetings. I had never brought a school director from a cold introduction to a signed contract in that timeframe. The difference was having a standard behind me, not just a tool.
My clients had been asking for external validation for years. I just didn't have a credible standard to offer them. When I joined EASEC, the first meeting I had with a university quality director changed the conversation completely. They were asking me when we could start, not whether they needed it.
What made me trust EASEC as a business partner — not just as a product — was the Deal Registration system. My opportunities are protected. When I register a client, that relationship is mine. That is not common in distributor programmes.
Partner testimonials collected during programme launch — names withheld by request.
When Your Client's Legal Team Asks, You Will Have the Answers.
Institutional clients — especially universities, school networks and multinational corporations — have procurement, legal and data protection processes that eliminate generic providers early. EASEC was built to pass those reviews. Every partner carries this infrastructure as part of their standard offer.

EASEC operates across Europe, Latin America, India and Asia-Pacific. Its competency framework is aligned with UNESCO education standards and the WEF Future of Jobs 2025 report — the definitive global reference for the skills that will matter in the next decade.
Current active partnerships include educational institutions, universities and corporate organisations in Spain, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, India, the UK and across the European Union.
The framework has been validated across more than 3.4 million assessments in over 60 countries — giving it the benchmark data that newly launched standards cannot yet offer.
Frequently Asked Questions
No. You need established relationships with decision-makers in schools, universities or HR departments — and the commercial capacity to develop them. EASEC provides full product and methodology training through the Partner Certification Programme before you take your first qualified meeting. What you bring is market access and commercial execution. What we bring is everything else.
Territory availability is confirmed during the exploratory call. EASEC grants one exclusive slot per vertical per country — no other EASEC Authorised Partner can represent the same vertical in your country while your agreement is active. A country can have up to three Authorised Partners simultaneously, each in a different vertical. We are intentionally selective about who holds each slot, which is exactly why this exclusivity is genuinely valuable. The fastest way to check your market is to book the call.
The partnership agreement includes a mutual review at 12 months. Exclusivity renews automatically if you reach 80% of the annual new sales target for your vertical — Year 1 target is €150,000. If you fall below 80%, that vertical slot can be reassigned, but your agreement in other verticals remains unaffected. There is no punitive exit structure. Our interest is in partners who are succeeding, not in holding slots that are not being worked. If you are not generating results, renegotiating is in both our interests.
You can represent other products and services as long as they do not compete directly with EASEC's competency accreditation and certification offer. The partnership agreement defines the specific non-compete scope clearly before signing. There are no surprises after the fact.
Once the client contract is signed and registered, EASEC activates the client account and manages all technical delivery: platform access, assessments, credential issuance and reporting. Your role after the sale is the client relationship — renewals, expansion conversations and referrals. Technical incidents are handled by EASEC directly.
Yes. As an Authorised Partner, you receive the EASEC brand guidelines and co-branded templates as part of the Growth Kit. You may present yourself as an EASEC Authorised Partner across your marketing channels. Any custom use outside the approved templates requires prior written approval from EASEC.
Schools and universities typically take 6 to 14 weeks from first contact to signed contract — reflecting their internal approval processes. Corporate HR deals often close in 4 to 8 weeks when the decision-maker has direct budget authority. A deal where the EASEC institutional team joins a strategic meeting often accelerates the process.
Your registered deals are protected for 180 days from the date of registration. If you managed the deal commercially and close it yourself, your full bonification applies (20–25%). If EASEC closes a deal where you did the commercial groundwork, you receive a 5% referral fee. The only case where no bonification applies is if the client explicitly requested to operate with EASEC without any partner involvement — and EASEC documents that request and notifies you. This protection framework is a contractual commitment, not a discretionary policy.
Yes. Platform access and credentials within 24 hours; full Growth Kit delivery in your first week; team certification programme (self-paced, 5–6 hours); and a kick-off meeting to define your first target vertical and first qualified prospect. Most partners identify their first qualified meeting within 30 days of signing.
The Partnership Agreement includes a structured dispute resolution process: a 30-day negotiation window before any formal escalation, followed by jurisdiction under the courts specified in the agreement. EASEC's interest is in partners who succeed — not in litigation.
Your Market Has a Gap. Most Competitors Haven't Noticed Yet.
The gap between what institutions need — verifiable competency credentials under a recognised European standard — and what most advisors can offer is wide. That gap is closing. Partners who establish themselves now will hold a structural advantage as the credentials economy matures.
We are accepting applications in selected territories. Not all markets are open. Not all applicants are accepted. If you have the right profile, the first conversation costs thirty minutes.
