La finalitat dels nivells \u00e9s desenvolupadora: permeten a un docent veure no nom\u00e9s <em>si<\/em> usa la tecnologia, sin\u00f3 <em>amb quina sofisticaci\u00f3<\/em>, i quin \u00e9s el pas seg\u00fcent.<\/p>\n<p>En l&#8217;\u00e0mbit de l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 superior concretament, les \u00e0rees d&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3, empoderament de l&#8217;alumnat i foment de la compet\u00e8ncia digital pr\u00f2pia dels estudiants solen ser on apareixen les difer\u00e8ncies m\u00e9s grans entre el personal docent \u2014i on el desenvolupament t\u00e9 m\u00e9s impacte sobre l&#8217;aprenentatge.<\/p>\n<h2>Les eines d&#8217;autoreflexi\u00f3 \u2014i els seus l\u00edmits<\/h2>\n<p>La Comissi\u00f3 Europea va crear una eina complement\u00e0ria gratu\u00efta, SELFIE for Teachers, perqu\u00e8 els docents puguin reflexionar sobre on se situen respecte al marc. \u00c9s genu\u00efnament \u00fatil per al desenvolupament individual i per obrir converses en un departament.<\/p>\n<p>Per\u00f2 cal ser precisos sobre el que \u00e9s: un <strong>instrument d&#8217;autoreflexi\u00f3<\/strong>. En lloc de demanar als docents que s&#8217;autoavalu\u00efn, una certificaci\u00f3 validada presenta \u00edtems situacionals (escenaris docents realistes) i mesura la resposta a partir de criteris calibrats, situant el docent en una escala de compet\u00e8ncia que significa el mateix per a tota persona avaluada.
