Your skills are real.
Now make them indisputable.
EASEC doesn't teach you. It assesses you. Not a certificate of attendance, but a credential that demonstrates how you perform in real professional situations — verifiable in any country and valid for 3 years.
How many times have you been asked for "proof" of what you know?
You have experience. You almost certainly have the competencies your role demands every day. The problem: almost nobody can demonstrate them on demand.
Attendance certificates
Only prove you were in a course — not what you can actually do in a real professional situation.
Years of experience
Tell how long you've been doing something — not at what level you're actually operating today.
No real benchmark
Where are you operating today? Almost no one can answer that with an objective, independent reference.
EASEC closes that gap.
Turns what you do into evidence that travels.
Not a course.
An assessment.
EASEC (European Accreditation of Soft Skills & Employability
Competencies) is an independent European accreditation body.
That means something important: it has no commercial interest in
your results. We don't benefit whether you pass or not. We don't
sell training.
We only assess.

Get certifiedQuestions we get asked
No. EASEC certifications have no prerequisites — no prior courses or years of verified experience required. All you need is an internet connection and a willingness to respond to real professional scenarios for 45–90 minutes.
We evaluate your current professional practice, not your history. What matters is how you act today, not how long you have been working.
It is an online questionnaire with real professional scenarios — not theoretical questions or simple multiple choice. You will see situations like "A team member does not deliver on time. What do you do?" and respond with how you would actually act.
We use situational judgement techniques (SJI) and behavioural frequency indicators (BFI) to measure how you make decisions under pressure, manage conflict, and collaborate with others.
The assessment takes between 45 and 90 minutes depending on the certification, is 100% online from any device, and you have 14 days from the start date to complete it. You can pause and return within that window.
There is no pass or fail in EASEC. That is a fundamental difference from traditional certifications. Instead of a grade, you receive a full profile across 5 levels aligned to the European Qualifications Framework (EQF): Initial, Basic, Competent, Advanced, and Expert.
Your report covers 7 competency dimensions — showing your level in each, your specific strengths, your development areas, and personalised recommendations for what to do next.
You always receive a useful result, even if you are at an initial level. It is a development map, not a label that categorises you as a pass or a fail.
EASEC certifications are valid for 3 years from the date of issue. During that period your Open Badge 3.0 and Europass Digital Credential are active and verifiable by any employer or institution worldwide. After expiry, the credential remains verifiable as a historical record but is no longer considered active for new applications.
After 3 years you can renew by completing a new assessment. This is intentional — competencies evolve, and a renewed credential always reflects your current level rather than where you were three years ago.
Your certification is verifiable in three ways. Via Open Badge 3.0 — a scannable QR code that contains your name, the certification obtained, your level, and the issue date, shareable directly on LinkedIn, email, or a digital CV. Via Europass Digital Credential — the European standard recognised by governments, universities, and companies in any EU country and globally. And via the EASEC verification portal, where any institution can enter your certification code and immediately confirm its authenticity and expiry date.
All credentials are digitally signed, which means they cannot be forged or altered. You can use your certification on LinkedIn, digital CVs, job applications, promotion requests, freelance profiles such as Upwork or Fiverr, university admissions, and across 64+ countries.
A course certificate proves you attended and completed tasks. A degree proves you passed exams at an institution that also taught you. An EASEC certification proves you can demonstrably perform in real professional situations — assessed by an independent body that has no commercial interest in your result and does not sell training.
The key practical differences are: EASEC is digitally verifiable by anyone, anywhere in the world; it is valid for 3 years and renewable so it always reflects your current level, unlike a degree which never updates; and because the assessing body is independent, it carries institutional weight that a certificate issued by the same organisation that sold you the course cannot.
In short — it is not who you are, not where you have been, but what you can demonstrably do.
Your privacy is protected under GDPR. EASEC uses your data exclusively to assess, score, and generate your report. It is never sold to third parties and there is no marketing based on your responses. Servers are located in Europe and comply with ISO 27001 information security certification.
What appears publicly on your Open Badge or Europass is limited to: your name (if you choose to include it), the certification obtained, the level achieved, the issue date, and the validity period. Everything else — your specific answers, your detailed report, your email address, and the details of your professional practice — is private and visible only to you unless you actively choose to share it.
It depends on your goal. For freelancers and independents, an EASEC certification helps differentiate on platforms like Upwork or LinkedIn, justifies premium rates with a verifiable credential that clients can check, and builds trust by replacing self-declaration with independent assessment.
For employees seeking a promotion or a career change, it provides objective evidence to support a pay rise request, a competitive advantage in selection processes where other candidates lack comparable proof of competence, and a portable competency portfolio for moving into a new role.
For education professionals — teachers, guidance counsellors, and mentors — it validates pedagogical and coaching expertise with institutional credibility recognised by schools and universities. For HR professionals and organisations, it identifies skill gaps objectively, helps validate that training programmes have had real impact, and provides an evidence base for development decisions.
EASEC is not a course — if you need to build skills, seek training first. It does not guarantee employment — it is a tool, not a passport. And it does not replace experience — it makes existing experience verifiable. The value is having evidence of what you already know how to do.
