1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work correctly, to remember your preferences, and to provide information to website owners about how their site is used.
In addition to traditional cookies, EASEC may use similar tracking technologies such as web beacons, pixels, and local storage. All references to "cookies" in this Policy encompass these similar technologies.

2. Who Sets Cookies on EASEC Platforms
First-party cookies are set directly by EASEC European Accreditation SL for operational and security purposes.
Third-party cookies are set by external service providers integrated into EASEC platforms for analytics, advertising, and functionality purposes. These providers operate under their own privacy policies, and EASEC has entered into data processing agreements with them where required by applicable law.
3. Consent Management
Cookie consent on www.easec.eu is managed through CookieYes, a GDPR-compliant Consent Management Platform (CMP). When you first visit the EASEC website, a consent banner is presented allowing you to accept, reject, or customise cookie categories by type.
Your consent preferences are recorded with a timestamp and stored in your browser for twelve (12) months. You may withdraw or modify your consent at any time by accessing the cookie settings panel from the footer of the website.
