You have questions. We have clear answers
At EASEC, we believe in transparency and helping you make informed decisions. Here we answer the most common questions about our platform, assessments, and certifications. If you need more information, feel free to contact us.
What is the difference between a personal and an institutional account?
- A personal account is designed for individual professionals who want to assess and certify their competencies independently.
- An institutional account allows companies, universities, and consultancies to manage multiple assessments, issue co-branded certificates, and access reporting dashboards and integration APIs.
Which languages is the platform available in?
EASEC currently operates in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, both for platform navigation and for assessments and certificates. This allows users from over 55 countries to easily obtain certification.
Are EASEC certifications internationally recognised?
Yes. The certifications are aligned with standards from the World Economic Forum, the Tuning Europe project, and are supported by ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certifications. They are verifiable online and accepted by educational institutions and employers worldwide.
How does the competency assessment work?
Each assessment:
- Is conducted online, with no fixed schedule.
- Measures competencies across three dimensions: cognitive, attitudinal, and procedural.
- Uses a 6-point Likert scale, removing the neutral option.
- Upon completion, it provides a detailed report, proficiency level, and a shareable digital badge.
Are my data and results protected?
Absolutely. EASEC complies with the EU GDPR and is ISO 27001 certified. Your results are confidential and only you or your institution (if applicable) can access them.
