Desarrolla lo que importa.
Demonstrate what works.
The European standard for accrediting training programmes, certifying professional competencies, and measuring the impact of development in your organisation — under ESCO, EQF and WEF Future of Jobs 2025.
No international framework.
Training programmes are designed with expertise and good intention — but without being benchmarked against the global standards that the labour market, regulators and international institutions recognise. The result: valuable training that carries weight internally and almost none externally.
No recognised certification.
Professionals spend years developing transferable competencies. Those competencies are real, observable and consequential — but they carry no formal verification. In a European labour market that increasingly demands portable, verifiable evidence of skills, undocumented development is invisible development.
No data connecting training and impact.
Diagnostics, development plans and impact evaluations exist in separate tools — or simply do not exist at all. Without data connecting investment to demonstrable outcome, talent strategy remains an argument rather than an evidence-based decision.
Training exists.
Evidence does not.
Organisations across Europe invest significantly in developing their people. Leadership programmes, skills workshops, L&D initiatives — the investment is real, the commitment is genuine. But when the moment comes to demonstrate what those investments actually produced, the evidence rarely exists. Not because the development was ineffective. Because the standard to prove it was never established.
The training programme that cannot demonstrate external alignment is indistinguishable, in procurement and in perception, from one that has never been independently evaluated. The difference is not in the quality. It is in the standard.
Un estándar. Cuatro soluciones.
Everything your organisation needs.
EASEC for Work operates across the full talent development cycle — from accrediting the training you deliver, to certifying the competencies your people have developed, to providing the infrastructure that makes it all measurable and scalable.
What changes when talent
has a name and a number.
Certifying competencies is not simply a benefit for the individual professional. It is the foundation on which an organisation can make talent decisions based on evidence — who is ready to lead, where the critical gaps are, and which training has demonstrable impact.
From assumption to real map.
Stop estimating what your team can do. Each certification generates verified competency data by person, area and organisation — traceable evidence that replaces perception with a map. Talent decisions become precise rather than approximate.
From cost to boardroom argument.
People development becomes measurable. EASEC accreditation and certifications turn training investment into documented evidence under European standards — a strategic argument any CFO or board can evaluate, not a budget line to defend on faith.
From training provider to strategic partner.
For consultancies, EASEC changes the client conversation entirely. You no longer offer a course catalogue — you offer a development system with European standards, verifiable credentials and impact data. That is not compared by price. It is evaluated as a strategic investment.
From local to internationally recognised.
Every EASEC credential is a Europass Digital Credential — verifiable in real time across 60+ countries, compatible with eIDAS 2.0, and portable throughout a professional's entire career. Your investment in people, recognised anywhere in Europe and beyond.
Speaks the language of whoever decides.
EASEC for Work answers the concrete questions of each decision-maker from their own function — from within an organisation or from a consultancy.
Where to start
The standard that backs every accreditation, every certification, and every data point.
EASEC is an independent European accreditation body — not a consultancy, not a training provider, and with no conflict of interest in evaluating your programmes or your people. Its sole role is to evaluate and accredit with rigour. That is what makes its seal worth something real.
When EASEC accredits a programme or certifies a competency, any organisation in the world can verify it. That is what distinguishes a genuine quality seal from a certificate of participation.

Training Accreditation evaluates the design and quality of a programme — the learning objectives, competency framework and methodology — and awards a seal confirming alignment with international standards. Skills Certification evaluates individual people against those standards and issues them a personal, portable credential. Both are complementary and can operate independently.
Yes. EASEC accredits training programmes from any type of organisation — corporate L&D teams, independent training providers, HR consultancies and educational institutions. The process is fully remote and requires only the submission of the programme's complete design documentation.
Yes. Every EASEC credential is issued as a Europass Digital Credential — compatible with eIDAS 2.0 and verifiable in real time across 60+ countries. The Open Badge 3.0 format ensures compatibility with any standards-based digital wallet or professional platform globally.
Entirely. Each EASEC for Work solution operates independently. Many organisations begin with Skills Certification or Training Accreditation and expand their engagement over time. There is no requirement to adopt the full ecosystem to get started.
The process requires signing an institutional agreement with EASEC, submitting the programme's full design documentation through the EASEC system, and undergoing remote evaluation by the EASEC technical committee. Programmes achieving 80% or higher alignment with ESCO, EQF, Tuning and WEF frameworks are awarded accreditation for 1, 2 or 3 years.
The organisation that adopts the EASEC standard today is the one the market will cite as a reference tomorrow.
