Your training develops competencies.
Now certify it.
The international standard for accrediting training programmes, certifying professional competencies, and measuring development impact in your organisation — not through self-assessment, but through an independently validated standard aligned with ESCO, EQF, O*NET, CCS Singapore, WEF and Tuning. European rigour, global recognition.
Built on the frameworks organisations already trust.
Aligned with ESCO, EQF, O*NET, CCS Singapore, WEF, Tuning, Europass Digital, Open Badge 3.0 and ISO 27001. Active in 60+ countries. 8M+ assessed.

"85% of employers plan to reskill their workforce by 2030 — but most cannot certify what that reskilling actually produced."
— WEF Future of Jobs Report 2025Training exists. Certified evidence does not.
Organizations around the world make significant investments in the development of their staff. Leadership programs, training workshops, and training and development initiatives: the investment is real, and the commitment is genuine.
But when the moment comes to demonstrate what those investments actually produced, certified evidence rarely exists. Not because the development was ineffective — because the standard to prove it was never established.
Any training programme can claim to develop competencies. Without external certification, that claim is indistinguishable from one that has never been independently evaluated.

One certification standard.
Four ways to apply it.
EASEC doesn't replace your training. It certifies what your programmes deliver — turning existing development into verifiable evidence aligned with ESCO, EQF and WEF Future of Jobs 2025. Because investing in your people and being able to certify what it produced are not the same thing.
Four independent solutions. Your organisation decides where to begin.
01 — Institutional
Accredit your training programmes
Your training already develops competencies. EASEC evaluates design, objectives and methodology — and issues a formal accreditation seal certifying alignment with ESCO, EQF, O*NET, CCS Singapore, WEF and Tuning.
Not a self-reported alignment. An independently evaluated one. Programmes achieving 80%+ alignment receive accreditation for 1, 2 or 3 years.

02 — HR and L&D teams
Certify employee competencies
Psychometrically validated assessments. Each employee receives a Europass Digital Credential and Open Badge 3.0 — not a completion certificate. A certified record of what they can demonstrably do.
Verifiable in real time, portable across borders, sharable on LinkedIn. Available from 250 assessments annually.

03 — Individual professionals
Professional certifications
Individual professionals certify their transversal competencies against European standards — independent of their employer. A verifiable credential they carry throughout their career.
Not a platform badge. A European standard.

04 — HR and L&D consultancies
Platform for consultancies
Accredit your programmes, certify your participants, and offer your clients a development system with European standards, verifiable credentials and certified impact data.
A proposition that is not compared by price — because no marketing claim replicates a certified standard.

Simple to adopt. Rigorous by design.
Certified at every step.
Map the competencies your programmes develop using the EASEC framework — aligned with ESCO, EQF, O*NET, CCS Singapore, WEF and Tuning. Submit programme documentation. EASEC evaluates remotely against an external standard, not internal criteria.
01Employees or participants complete multilingual, psychometrically validated assessments — independently scored, culturally neutral. Results expressed in EQF levels, comparable across teams, time and geography. Integrated via API with your existing HR systems.
02Each certified professional receives a Europass Digital Credential and Open Badge 3.0. Verifiable in real time at cert.easec.eu/certificates/verify. Not a record in an internal system — a portable, lifelong European credential.

Talent decisions based on certified data — not estimation.
Stop estimating what your people can do. EASEC certification generates verified competency data by person, team and organisation — traceable evidence that replaces perception with a map. From succession planning to internal mobility, every talent decision becomes precise rather than approximate. Each credential is a Europass Digital Credential, verifiable in real time by any stakeholder across 60+ countries.

Turn training investment into a boardroom argument — not a budget line to defend.
EASEC accreditation and certification turn your development programmes into documented, externally validated evidence under international standards. Measure pre- and post-training competency levels, demonstrate programme impact with certified data, and present your CFO or board a strategic case built on verified outcomes — not participation rates. Programmes achieving 80%+ alignment with ESCO, EQF, O*NET, CCS Singapore, WEF and Tuning receive accreditation for 1, 2 or 3 years.

The organisation that certifies its people today is the one the market cites as reference tomorrow.
An internationally recognised competency standard is not an HR initiative — it is a strategic positioning decision. EASEC accreditation signals to clients, partners and regulators that your organisation's talent development is externally validated, not self-declared. In procurement, in tenders and in employer branding, certified evidence of workforce capability is a competitive differentiator that no communications redesign can replicate.

From training provider to strategic partner — with a credential your clients carry for life.
EASEC changes the client conversation entirely. You no longer offer a course catalogue — you offer a development system with international standards, verifiable credentials and certified impact data. Accredit your programmes, certify your participants, and give your clients a Europass Digital Credential and Open Badge 3.0 they carry beyond the engagement. That proposition is not compared by price. It is evaluated as a strategic investment.

A credential that proves what you can do — independent of who you work for.
Certify your transversal competencies against an internationally recognised standard — independent of your current employer. A verifiable Europass Digital Credential and Open Badge 3.0 you carry throughout your career, shareable on LinkedIn, verifiable for life at cert.easec.eu. Not a platform badge. Not a course completion certificate. Certified evidence of what you can demonstrably do, assessed under ESCO, EQF, O*NET, CCS Singapore, WEF and Tuning standards.

Training Accreditation evaluates the design and quality of a programme — the learning objectives, competency framework and methodology — and awards a seal confirming alignment with international standards. Skills Certification evaluates individual people against those standards and issues them a personal, portable credential. Both are complementary and can operate independently. Many organisations start with one and expand to the other over time.
Yes. EASEC accredits training programmes from any type of organisation — corporate L&D teams, independent training providers, HR consultancies and educational institutions. The process is fully remote and requires only the submission of the programme's complete design documentation. Programmes achieving 80% or higher alignment with ESCO, EQF, O*NET, CCS Singapore, WEF and Tuning are awarded accreditation for 1, 2 or 3 years.
Each certified professional receives a Europass Digital Credential co-branded with the organisation's logo and the EASEC seal, an Open Badge 3.0 shareable directly on LinkedIn, and a permanent personal EASEC account where all certifications accumulate throughout their career. Every credential includes a unique verification code and QR code, and can be confirmed instantly at cert.easec.eu — no account required, no cost. The credential is valid for three years and the verification record is never deleted.
Yes. EASEC operates in 60+ countries across Europe, Latin America, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East. Credentials are aligned with six international frameworks — ESCO, EQF, O*NET, CCS Singapore, WEF and Tuning — which means they are legible to any employer, institution or regulatory body that uses these references. European rigour with global recognition: a professional certified in Madrid, São Paulo or Singapore carries the same verifiable credential.
The process requires signing an institutional agreement with EASEC, submitting the programme's full design documentation through the EASEC system, and undergoing remote evaluation by the EASEC technical committee. EASEC evaluates design, learning objectives, competency alignment and methodology against ESCO, EQF, O*NET, CCS Singapore, WEF and Tuning standards. Programmes achieving 80% or higher alignment receive accreditation for 1, 2 or 3 years. The typical timeline is four to six weeks from submission to seal.
EASEC operates on an annual subscription model that scales according to the scope of the engagement — number of programmes accredited, employees certified and solutions adopted. There are no upfront implementation fees. The model includes training accreditation, the official alignment report, employee certification, Europass digital credential issuance and dedicated technical support. A detailed proposal tailored to your organisation is provided after an initial consultation.
EASEC operates fully within the European regulatory framework: GDPR compliance for all employee data, eIDAS 2.0 trust infrastructure for legally binding digital credentials, ISO 27001 information security standards, and EBSI compatibility for decentralised verification. Employee data is hosted exclusively in European data centres, never transferred to non-adequate jurisdictions, and remains under the organisation's control at all times. Each credential is verifiable in real time at cert.easec.eu without requiring an account or intermediary.
The organisation that certifies its people today is the one the market cites as reference tomorrow.
