The Future of Jobs 2025 report, published by the World Economic Forum in January 2025, is far more than another theoretical exercise on the future of work. Drawing on data from over 1,000 leading employers representing 14 million workers across 55 economies, it constitutes the most comprehensive study on workforce transformation available today.
